The conference opens at a Welcome Reception on Sunday evening, which will be held in the Exhibitor Hall.
On Monday and Tuesday, breakfast and break refreshments will be served in the Exhibitor Hall.

When do I get to choose my booth location?
Exhibitors will be contacted in order of registration to select booth locations. Floor plan here.
Central Display is the general services contractor for the ITE Canada/CARSP 2023 Annual Conference. Shipping/handling and additional services can be ordered through their online ordering form (link coming soon).
RBC Convention Centre supplies power and internet. If you require power or have additional AV needs, please use their Tradeshow Order Form.
What registration badges are included with my booth?
For exhibitors who are staffing a booth only
One complimentary Delegate Lite Exhibitor Staff Badge is included with each booth. This provides access to the conference on Sunday, June 4 to Tuesday, June 6. This includes the Sunday Welcome Reception as well as breakfast/break refreshments, plated lunch, and technical sessions on Monday and Tuesday.
Exhibitor Staff Badges do not include technical tours, evening events, or access on Wednesday, June 7. Tickets for the Tuesday evening banquet are available for purchase when you register for your Exhibitor Staff Badge.
Each exhibiting company will receive a code via email to register for one free Exhibitor Staff Badge. Exhibiting companies can also purchase up to two additional Exhibitor Staff Badges ($300 each, $350 after May 20) if more personnel are required to staff your booth.
What if we want to access the whole conference, including evening events and technical tours?
For full conference access
Personnel from exhibiting companies who would like unrestricted access to the conference (including technical tours, breakfasts, and evening events) can purchase full or one-day conference registration.

Hotel rooms at the Delta Winnipeg are guaranteed for conference delegates and exhibitors until May 4. Click here for more information and to book.
Booth cancellations must be requested in writing via email. The $500 application fee is non-refundable. For space cancellations after April 1, 2023 but before May 1, 2023, exhibitors forfeit 50% of total booth rental (plus application fee). There is no refund for cancellations after May 1, 2023.
