Member Rates & Discounts
ITE and CARSP Members receive discounts on all delegate rates: $100 less for full conference, $50 less for one day registration, $25 less for half day registration. Become an ITE member or a CARSP member to access these and many other benefits.
Register by April 4, 2023 to receive discounted early bird rates! This helps us plan a better conference for you. Late registrations within two weeks of the conference will be subject to increased rates.
Discounted hotel room rates of $198/night are available at the Delta Winnipeg until May 4, 2023.

Refund Policy
- 100% REFUND: if request is received in writing 15 days or more out prior to the start of the conference
- 50% REFUND: if request is received in writing 7 to 14 days prior to the start of the conference.
- 0% REFUND: if request is received in writing less than 7 days prior to the start of the conference

Separate registration and payment is required for workshops taking place after the conference.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Are badges transferable? Can I share a registration?
Conference badges are not transferable. Each person must have a badge in their name valid for the day(s) they are attending.
Do presenters need to register?
All technical session/workshop presenters with accepted abstracts are required to be registered with a full conference or one day registration for the day of their session(s).
Do volunteers need to register?
Yes, conference volunteers need to register for a “Confirmed Volunteer” badge. Conference volunteers can attend any of the technical sessions and lunch on the day(s) that they are volunteering only without a paid registration.
You will receive a code from the Volunteer Coordinator to register for a Confirmed Volunteer badge.
Do technical tour leaders need to register?
Technical tour leaders will be offered lunch meal on the day that they are leading a tour without a paid registration. If they would like to attend any sessions or events on that day or other days of the conference, a paid registration is required.
