Pairs well with a sponsorship to maximize your visibility. Exhibitors receive:

  • 1 x Exhibitor Booth: 10’x10′ ($2,000) or 10’x20′ ($4,000)
    • Booths include: 8′ high drape back wall, 3′ high drape side wings, 1 – 2’x6′ covered and skirted display table, 2 side chairs
    • Note: A non-refundable $500 administrative fee is included in the price.
    • To purchase a double booth, simply add two booths to your cart.
  • 1 x Delegate Lite Badge includes access to the Sunday Welcome Reception plus Monday and Tuesday breakfasts, lunches, breaks, and technical sessions. This does not include technical tours, evening events, or any access on Wednesday.

Important Details

Booth Selection: Exhibitors will be contacted in order of registration to select booth locations. See the floor plan here.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be requested in writing via email. The $500 application fee is non-refundable. For space cancellations after April 1, 2023 but before May 1, 2023, exhibitors forfeit 50% of total booth rental (plus application fee). There is no refund for cancellations after May 1, 2023.

Exhibitor payments are requested at the time of application by credit card.

Sponsor payment can be provided by credit card or cheque. For sponsor applications made in 2022, payment is due by January 31, 2023. For applications made in 2023, payment is due within 30 days.

Companies that request a delegate list will be provided with a spreadsheet including each consenting attendee’s name, company/organization, city, province, and email address. Sponsors’ and exhibitors’ use of this list must comply with Canada’s anti-spam legislation. Contact of delegates is restricted to conference-related purposes and provided email addresses cannot be added to a regular corporate emailing marketing list unless the individual explicitly asks to be added to a mailing list.
