ITE Canada/CARSP 2023 will take place in the recently upgraded and expanded South building of the RBC Convention Centre, Winnipeg’s premier event facility located in the heart of downtown. This conference is in-person only.

The official conference hotel is the Delta Hotel by Marriott located across the street from the RBC Convention Centre and connected via pedestrian skyway.
A discounted room rate of $198 CAD/night is available for conference attendees and can be booked here. The special rate is available until May 4, 2023 with free cancellations up to 48 hours before arrival. Bookings cancelled after 48 hours before arrival will be charged the first night of the reservation.
For attendees travelling on a tight budget, accommodations are also available at the University of Winnipeg Downtown Hostel.
The Winnipeg Richardson International Airport serves direct flights from most major Canadian cities and is approximately 20 minutes from the conference venue by car and 35 minutes by Winnipeg Transit. There are also options to take a taxi, ridesharing service, or a shuttle bus service. Find out more here.
Union Station, located in downtown Winnipeg, is served by VIA Rail and is just a 15 minute walk from the conference venue.
Parking is available at the RBC Convention Centre and the Delta Hotel as well as off-site options including Impark.
